Performance of Schneider and Melissa Swan
Good attorneys are a rare commodity, especially these days, when people seem to be so obsessed on milking money from others. I found Mike and Melissa to be real honest people. Being honest is one pre-requisite; the other quality that a client must seek in hiring an attorney is whether he/she is competent or not. I would also give an A+ to Mike and his team on competency. He and his team represented me on two accounts and did their work with due diligence while charging reasonable fee. They won both cases for me, which were not so easy. Another reason I admire Schneider and company is that they advised me not to file another case. When an attorney tells you not to do something and save your money, trust him. Most attorneys would take your case and give you wrong advice. Not Mike. I am a big fan of Mike and his team and respect them, after being burned by numerous attorneys (on the same cases). EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!
I was charged with two felonies facing up to 20 years in prison. Mr. Schneider negotiated a plea deal for me that resulted in one felony charge being DISMISSED and the second one reduced to a Misdemeanor. My punishment was 2 years probation. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and timely manner in which he handled my cases. If you want a highly intelligent and very competent attorney representing you, this is the attorney you want on your side fighting for you!
